A fully furnished Lethbridge investment property designed to provide a comfortable, welcoming guest experience while balancing durability, practicality and budget.
The newly built property was intended to serve two purposes: student accommodation during the school year and an Airbnb rental during the summer months.
The clients engaged In-Awe to furnish and equip the home from top to bottom, including living and dining areas, three bedrooms, bathrooms, workspaces and outdoor seating.
With an entire property to furnish, the design needed to balance appearance with the practical demands of a rental environment.
Furniture and finishes needed to be durable and easy to maintain, while the overall property still needed enough personality and warmth to create an appealing experience for short-term guests. Budget also had to be carefully managed across a substantial number of individual selections.
A relaxed, coastal-inspired concept combines natural wood, comfortable contemporary furnishings and a warm neutral palette to create a cohesive identity throughout the property.
Furniture was carefully scaled to each space, while artwork and natural imagery reinforce the connection to the outdoors. Durable, easy-care materials were prioritized without sacrificing comfort or character.Â
From furniture and artwork to bedding, kitchen equipment and accessories, the property was comprehensively specified and outfitted to create a complete, guest-ready interior.
