Original Brief
The clubhouse required a full refresh to better support high visitor volumes and evolving uses. Existing furnishings were heavy and inflexible, limiting functionality—particularly for off-season events. A secondary bar was also needed to improve service efficiency.

Design Solution
A refined approach to space planning and furnishings introduced flexibility and cohesion throughout. The layout was restructured into distinct zones—a bistro, a relaxed lounge, and a semi-private boardroom—subtly defined through material transitions while maintaining an open flow.

A new secondary bar anchors the space, designed to seamlessly integrate with the overall composition while improving functionality and guest experience. A soft, neutral palette enhances light and openness, complemented by warm wood tones, sleek mill work, and reflective tile. Custom bar detailing, integrated lighting, and clean architectural lines elevate the overall aesthetic, creating a balance of sophistication and approachability.

Result
The re imagined clubhouse is a polished, versatile environment—equally suited to daily use and elevated events. The space now feels warm, modern, and effortlessly refined, offering both functionality and a heightened sense of hospitality.
